Club PK VIP Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for All Players

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use Club PK VIP you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.

• You must be aged18 years or older. Club PK VIP does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must register with accurate, truthful and complete personal information. Providing false details during registration — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — is a breach of these terms.
• You may holdonly one active account. If you have previously had an account closed for violation, you may not register a new account without written permission from Club PK VIP support.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use account registered in your name.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a business or commercial entity.

Club PK VIP reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. This may include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of the payment method used. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be suspended until documentation is provided.

2 Account Rules and Responsibilities

Once your Club PK VIP account is active, the following rules apply at all times.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. This includes bets placed, bonuses claimed, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted.
• You must keep your password and any security credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Club PK VIP support immediately. We cannot reverse bets or withdrawals made before you notified us.
• Your account balance is held for gaming purposes only and does not accrue interest. Club PK VIP is not a bank or financial institution.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Club PK VIP processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern financial transactions on the platform.

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit or credit cards and other supported mobile walets as listed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit will be returned to its source and the account may be reviewed.

• Club PK VIP does not charge deposit fees from its side. Your payment provider may apply their own fees for the transfer — this is outside our control.

Withdrawals

• Club PK VIP reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawals, which may extend processing time while checks are completed.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited. Your real PKR deposit balance is generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Club PK VIP offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria for each offer.
• Each promotion has awagering requirement — the amount you need to wager before bonus winings can be withdrawn. This is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page before you opt in.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus portion of your balance, not your real PKR deposit. Your deposit can typically be withdrawn at any time; the bonus and associated winnings are locked until the requirement is met.
• If you choose to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Your real PKR deposit balance remains withdrawable.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being closed.
• Club PK VIP reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the promotions page.
• Only one deposit-match bonus may be active at a time. Promotions that can run simultaneously are noted in their individual terms.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Club PK VIP offers live casino games, sports betting, slots, crash games, fish games and table games. The following rules apply across all game categories.

• All bets placed through Club PK VIP are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered or reversed after placement.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or sports event — such as a disconnection or streaming failure — bets may be voided and stakes returned. This decision is made by Club PK VIP at its discretion based on available information.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport. In cricket, for example, an abandoned match is typically settled as void unless a result has been officially declared by the governing body.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed at the table. Dealer decisions are final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and tables. These limits are displayed within each game before you place a bet.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Club PK VIP. Any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance without appeal.

• Registering more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, interact with the platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse — including exploiting welcome offers multiple times, coordinating with other players to abuse promotions, or any other form of systematic bonus extraction.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after using the funds on the platform. Chargeback disputes trigger immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings for the full disputed amount.
• Money laundering — using Club PK VIP to deposit, withdraw or transfer funds as part of any money laundering activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion at live casino tables — communicating with other players to coordinate betting patterns intended to exploit the table outcome.
• Abusive behaviour toward dealers or support staff — including threatening, offensive or discriminatory language in any communication channel.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Club PK VIP may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for closure include, but are not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, receipt of a chargeback dispute or extended dormancy.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your PKR balance will be held securely during that period. If the investigation concludes without finding a violation, your balance will be returned and your account restored. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your own Club PK VIP account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — there is a cooling-off period before a higher limit takes effect.
• Session time reminders — set alerts that notify you when you have been in an active session for a chosen length of time.

9 Limitation of Liability

Club PK VIP provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability.

• Club PK VIP is not liable for any loss of winings or inability to place bets caused by platform downtime, provided that any affected bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Club PK VIP is not responsible for losses arising from your use of an unsecured device or network, or from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Club PK VIP is not liable for any indirect, consequential or financial loss beyond the PKR balance held in your account at the time of any dispute.
• Our maximum liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the PKR balance in that player's account.

Nothing in this limitation of liability section removes rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

10 Changes to These Terms

Club PK VIP may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to the platform, payment options, game offerings or applicable legal considerations. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with the revised date noted at the top.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — Club PK VIP will provide notice through the platform or to your registered contact details. Continuing to use Club PK VIP after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a terms update, you should close your account before the updated terms take effect. Your PKR balance at that time will be withdrawable to your registered payment method subject to standard identity verification requirements.
